  Linda Jackson, President, CEO   Linda Jackson is a native Washingtonian and an explorer. That exploration has taken her to many countries, but her work has been in Haiti and Uganda, helping teachers improve the quality of education for children living in extreme poverty. As executive director of the Association of Community Empowerment Solutions she manages ACES World 4 All programs and develops partnerships with like-minded people and organizations to promote global education goals. She has conducted teacher and staff development workshops in both Haiti and in Uganda and continues to liaise and consult with several US-based and international organizations.

Linda Jackson is a native Washingtonian and an explorer.   Lisa Rutherford, Board of Directors   Lisa Rutherford currently serves as the ACES Operations Officer, responsible for managing organizational infrastructure and internal systems. In her role, she oversees financial management, procurement, compliance, marketing, and human resources. In addition, her experience in business process management has her involved in a variety of projects across the organization. Prior to joining ACES, Lisa was responsible for managing financial resource allocations in access of 20 million dollars for major corporations.

His skills have been used to manage social media accounts of over 250K followers, create bi-weekly blog posts, and craft emails that reach 1.5 million subscribers. When not running digital media campaigns, he can be found tracking the news, editing his novel, or crafting pithy tweets deconstructing social justice concepts for his Twitter followers. He became involved with ACES because of his desire to create a better world for individuals, on a global scale, by focusing on self-empowerment.

Kosoko Jackson, a Washington DC native who graduated magna cum laude with a degree in public health and new media.   Derrick Kwabena Agyapong (Ghana), Program Associate   Born and raised in Ghana, Derrick enjoys working for ACES World on communications, fundraising, research and project development. He developed a strong passion for charitable work when he joined the Rotaract Club in the university during his first year. He prefers working in a lively space: with low-tone R&B songs to spark his innovations, fruit juice by the side, and a good lunch for relaxation, healthy brains and vitality. During his space time, Derrick spends time with his girlfriend, Jennifer Yankey, over drinks and pastries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).

  Ithungu Peregia (Uganda), Program Associate   Ithungu lives in Fort Portal and was born in Kasese, both in Uganda. In addition to her work with ACES, Ms. Peregia serves as Coordinator for FIFCODE in Fort Portal, Uganda. Ms. Peregia is currently managing our multidimensional poverty study in Kasindikwa Village.

She is a world traveler, most recently volunteering her time in Jaipur, India at a Women's Empowerment Program at Deep Slum School where she taught the women to sew on their first machines. She serves as the Global Communications Strategist for ACES, focusing on strengthening strategic global communications, partnerships, executive communications, media relations, social media, events and websites. Her heart is focused on helping globally empower women and children. Claire earned her bachelor's degree in public relations from University of Texas in Austin.

Her ultimate career goal is to work in human rights protection, specifically improving gender and race relations within the United States. She has been with ACESWorld since May 2018.
