ESSENTIAL DUTIES

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT INTERN
Interns support program coordination and organizational operations by contributing to project management, partner engagement, and administrative activities that advance ACESWorld’s public health and community-based initiatives. Responsibilities may include supporting project timelines, objectives, and deliverables; preparing progress reports, briefing notes, and correspondence; organizing and documenting meetings; coordinating with local partners; conducting research to support partnership and proposal development; and assisting with tracking team activities and deadlines. This role is ideal for individuals interested in program management, nonprofit operations, community partnerships, and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Flexible, hard‐working, ethical, and committed to the ACESWorld mission
Detail-oriented and possess a high level of organizational skills
An excellent communicator with solid oral and written communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION

Hours are flexible. Internships are remote, require a minimum of 12 hours per week with a minimum commitment of 6 months (9 months is preferred). DC area residency is a plus. Weekly virtual team meetings (2 hours) are required.
